The villa is on two floors. The ground floor has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms; a living area with kitchen leading to a beautiful terrace and garden. There is also a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a wonderful and huge enamelled stone table under a beautiful porch and plenty of space and areas to eat all together.
The upper level can only be reached by an external staircase and leads directly to another large terrace. On this floor there are 2 more double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi. There is also a small living room with a sofa bed available for two extra guests.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a central air conditioner on each floor of the house.

The property is located a few minutes walk from the sandy beaches of the village of Caucana, where you will find clear, shallow waters ideal for swimming and for your children.
Just 5 minutes drive away is Punta Secca, a delightful seaside village with some good restaurants and famous for the set of the popular TV series and novels Montalbano.
This is a great base for those looking for a combination of sea and visit some of the most beautiful towns in Sicily including Ragusa (15kms), Noto (60 kms), Modica (20kms) and Scicli (25kms) all famous for their wonderful Baroque architecture (Unesco's).
From here you can also easily reach Syracuse (90 kms), Catania (120 kms), Etna (130 kms) and Taormina (160kms).
The stunning Valley of the temples is at 120 kms distance.
