In an extraordinary position, overlooking the Gulf of Capo Zafferano, one of the most beautiful gulfs in Sicily, Villa Mamma Manola is located 18 km from Palermo, in the summer residential area of the city of Bagheria, 150 meters from the crystal-clear sea. The villa, completely renovated in April 2019, has two levels, each one characterized by an enchanting view of the sea and the bay of Capo Zafferano. The main floor, of about 200 square meters, accommodates up to eight people and has three double bedrooms with air conditioning, wall fan and smart satellite TV, living room with large and bright windows that allow the view of the sea even from inside, table for 8 people, double sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen with wine cellar and audio system, outdoor kitchen with wood oven for pizza, washing machine and barbecue, two bathrooms with shower walk-in big size with chrome-therapy and audio system, terrace with sofas and tables for 10 people sea view and swimming pool. Downstairs there is the annex with private entrance, of about 50 square meters that accommodates up to 3 people, composed as follows: loft open space of 50 square meters with double bed, sofa bed for one and a half, kitchen with table for 6 people, bathroom with shower big size and sitting with chrome therapy, outdoor patio with table and chairs overlooking the sea.
The outdoor spaces are characterized by: garden of about 1000 square meters, rectangular swimming pool 7.00 x 3.60 x 1.20, two outdoor showers. In the property there is also a parking lot for 3 cars.
The villa has unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi which covers all areas of the property.

The house is located in the western side of Sicily, just 30 km from the medieval town of Cefalù worldwide famous for its monuments as the XII century Cattedrale, the castles and an enigmatic temple on the rock that overlooks the town, the Ancient Roman baths, the Osterio Magno palace, the Museo Mandralisca with a collection of paintings, archeological finds... and other highlights that you can discover strolling the narrow alleys of this wonderful town.
Just 15 km and here it is the archeological town of Himera, with the ruins of a temple, a well equipped Antiquarium and the ruins of the 648 B.C. town.
Why not spend a day outdoor visiting the Unesco's Valley of the Temples (photo) in Agrigento: less than 90kms and you will be there.
