Inside the house is particularly charming with a living room that shows different areas with beautiful sofas, sophisticated armchairs, a beautiful dining table and a bright and luxurious atmosphere.
Mamma Maria Ela has 4 bedrooms (two of which are en-suite) of which two are double and two are twin and 4 interior bathrooms of which two with shower and one with shower-tub.
The lounge also features a sofa that can accommodate a single bed.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a good Sicilian meal.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a splendid orangerie where you can enjoy your meal with a view of the park and the swimming pool.
In the orangerie too we can find divans, plants, coffee tables, and armchairs that furnish this corner of Mamma Maria Ela.
The pool area is also equipped with a bathroom with shower and the villa also offers a barbecue area.

The house is located in Palermo the capital of Sicily, one of the most beautiful town the world, with its gorgeous monuments, msuems, markets, beaches and street food.

3 kms away here it is the sandy beach of Mondello, worlwide famous for its beauty and amenities such as restaurants, private lido, promenade and movida.

Worth a visit the ascent to Monte Pellegrino (3kms) and Capo Gallo nature reserve (3 kms).
Himera, an archeological town, is 30 kms away.
50 kms and there it is the medieval town of Cefalù worldwide famous for its monuments as the XII century Cattedrale, the castles and an enigmatic temple on the rock that overlooks the town, the Ancient Roman baths, the Osterio Magno palace, the Museo Mandralisca with a collection of paintings, archaeological finds... and other highlights that you can discover strolling the narrow alleys of this wonderful town.
Segesta, the archaeological area with its temple, theatre and mosque, is 60 kms away.
Why not spend a day outdoor visiting the Unesco's Valley of the Temples in Agrigento: less than 80 kms and you will be there.
We suggest you to pay a visit to the following places: Capaci promenade and beach 5 kms, Cinisi promenade and beach 15 km, Naturalistic reserve of Zingaro (with its breath-taking coves) and Scopello village (40kms); Trapani and the medieval lovely town of Erice (70 kms)
