Hello there, I'm Silvana Recupero, your teacher for your Sicilian dishes!

So, are you ready to enjoy a couple of hours preparing the best food in the world?

Here's an apron, a rolling pin and some bowls.

Peel the tomatoes, knead the flour, roll out the dough.

Cannoli, arancini, pasta, ... and a glass of Malvasia from time to time, of course!

And in the end you will eat everything that you have prepared!

The wine, Sicilian too, is on me.

And, if you are good, I will nominate you as Minichef of Sicily, and confer you with a degree!

Oh, I forgot: do not worry, although us chefs are jealous, you'll still take with you the recipes of what we have prepared.
